it means we can begin again at any moment, and the moment is now.  the practice is to cultivate the Birth of the Higher Self through yoga, meditation, and study.  my studies and teachings are dedicated to moving beyond the physical and mental and encouraging all to experience the essence of a spiritual practice.  the Tibetan Peace Mandala offers us a symbol of a new beginning.  Tibetan Heart Yoga is the evolution or our practice to reveal the light within.
